Update for Nerida Hansen Customers
At present, I have had to pause efforts to replace orders and refunds for Nerida Hansen Customers.
This should not be misinterpreted as a write-off - I am not walking away.
It reflects the reality that resolving the outstanding issues will require time, external assistance, and stability — both financial and personal — that cannot be rebuilt immediately. It reflects the level of hardship that I have experienced, with challenges building later in 2025 becoming impossible to manage. I was at rock-bottom and I knew I needed to reach out for support before I could go any further.
With many of the organisations I am seeking support from closed over the Christmas period, there has been no meaningful movement in recent weeks. While progress will not be quick, I remain confident that solutions are possible, and I am committed to continuing toward them as capacity allows.
What I Am Currently Doing
Throughout 2025, I made repeated attempts to work with Consumer Affairs Victoria and was extremely disappointed that they had not sought to contact me prior, or post their public announcement about an investigation into my business.
I have always welcomed and offered my full cooperated with them. I attempted to communicate them with updates about the progress I was making in 2025, yet they did not reply or acknowledge my progress.
In November, I formally wrote to both my local and federal Members of Parliament seeking assistance, including support in re-establishing communication with Consumer Affairs Victoria and addressing other barriers that have prevented me from moving forward.
I have made reports and formal complaints to Facebook, You Tube and Reddit and eSafety Commissioner for over 14 months to stop the incredibly damaging defamation and harassment of myself and my business without resolution.
There have been other significant harms that have been extremely disturbing. Victoria Police are assisting me and I am hopeful there are solutions in the near future that will enable me to finally get on with my life as best as I can.
Current Fabric and Designs Sales
In 2025, I launched Global De-Stash in an attempt to generate financial momentum.
I did this specifically to fund refunds and replacement orders. After the deluge of abuse and harassment I had experienced I was never in a place emotionally or financially to start a new direction but I tried to build momentum for the sake of my customers. I was happy with the progress as many orders were delivered and many customers graciously accepted replacements for refunds.
Unfortunately the CAV warning, and subsequent harmful abuse and other very unexpected challenges saw a stop to this.
I am currently trying to earn a living with outstanding stock and design work, as I have every right to do. Due to my ongoing overheads and expenses I do not have a viable way to replace Nerida Hansen Fabrics stock or offer remnant replacements for existing orders.
I understand how frustrating and disappointing this situation is, and I am deeply grateful to those who have continued to show patience and kindness, and deeply grateful to those customers who keep showing up to support me.

Abusive or threatening communications will continue to be referred to Victoria Police.
