The more time I spend outdoors, the clearer everything becomes. I am adding my experiences to my professional life, because the feeling of experiencing the outdoors is how I want to live and work. Crossing it over helps me reshape my professional life into something that supports, rather than drains, me. It’s about letting go of constant stress and choosing a way of living where I can actually enjoy the moments that make up every day.

Flowers & Gardening
Gardening has found its way into my life as both a form of healing and a natural extension of my work. Everything I am learning is deeply personal, yet the crossover is undeniable—the rhythm of the seasons, the curation of colour, and the way combinations evolve over time. It feels instinctively aligned with my professional identity, and I can’t help but wonder why I didn’t discover it earlier.

Slow fashion is where everything begins to realign. It allows me to carry forward a lifelong passion for textiles while reshaping the way I engage with the industry. With a focus on sustainability, deadstock sourcing, and preserving true craftsmanship, it represents a more conscious way of working—one that I will continue to support and evolve into the future.

Through the lens of neuroscience, I’m exploring how my inner world influences the pace and quality of my life. From time to time I will share some of these understandings, books and perhaps even some product design to help absorb this thinking in our everyday life.
