To Nerida Hansen Fabrics Customers

 

Dear Customers

 

Unfortunately at this time, I do not have any news specifically about refunds and replacement orders for Nerida Hansen Fabrics Customers. I really do appreciate the frustration and unknown but I just don't have the capacity yet to provide any detail.

 

I am continuing to work through the huge challenges that I have. I have been finding some things more emotionally difficult, and as a result, I have not been well. It will take some time to work at 100%.

 

There is very good news though. I knew that this year I needed to find a more sustainable approach to what I do, and I also wanted to accomodate work outside my own business to help fight back financially. 

 

So I am really happy to say that I am back up and running with digital offerings on my website, and soon will have a lot more Remnant-style fabric stock available. 

 

The most heartwarming however,  is the discussions I have had with my suppliers in China, Vietnam and India over the past couple of months.

 

Businesses globally are suffering, and my suppliers have missed my business. This whole time they have offered me their ongoing support and they also want to see a positive outcome for Nerida Hansen Fabrics customers who are out of pocket.

 

Together, we will be working in various ways to help build my business up again so every single customer who has an outstanding order or refund will have their needs met. Every creditor and artists who is still owed anything will also be priority.

 

It isn't just about my website or business, it is us working together, even on projects that are not mine. 

 

When the time is right I will share more news. I know there is little consolation without detail, but I am very busy behind the scenes.

 

Starting from scratch means it cannot happen overnight. But I am much more confident now going forward, and so thankful for this positive energy.

 

About My New Newsletter 

I will be promoting a new newsletter.

It is about my new journey, and will not include any information about old Nerida Hansen Fabrics oustanding orders.

Please know, that whilst you are welcome to sign up to follow me on my new journey, I have a database with all the outstanding Nerida Hansen orders and will continue to send information to you that way. So from that perspective, there is no need to sign up to the new newsletter. But of course, everyone is welcome.
