This library is part living archive, part creative playground.
Prints I have used for Nerida Hansen Fabrics are available now for anyone at a very low cost.
There is new work too, designed with trend forecasting at the heart, partly for commercial value, and partly for the fun of exploring new colours to curate.
There are 2 categories to choose from:
1) Non-Exclusive - pre-loved and new designs available at very accessible prices, so businesess of any size can create beautiful products without starting from scratch. There is no limit to the sale of these designs.
2) Colour-Exclusive - There is only one of each colour on offer, so whilst they are still very affordable you can have peace of mind that the design in this colour will not appear anyone else. Needless to say, there may be small amount of other colours purchased by other companies, and I cannot control changes people make to the artwork.
All Downloadable at time of purchase.
All Non-Exclusive and Colour Exclusive designs will be available for download immediately after purchase in it's original format. Most are Vectors as AI files, with hand-painted styles all 300 DPI TIFF or JPG.
Unlimited Licensing
Once you have the file you can do whatever you like with it, and earn unlimited money for your business on an unlimited volume of products. Please note, you are purchasing a license to use this artwork, so you may not resell the design itself, or any part-thereof. Please read the Terms and Conditions below, as a purchase will be confirmation of your agreement to these terms.
Have a file issue post purchase?
Once in a blue moon (because I am human!) I may load a file that has not lined up correctly or is not at the right resolution. If that happens, please email me immediately and I will send a corrected file asap.

Terms & Conditions – Licensing & Sale of Designs
1. Overview
These Terms & Conditions govern the purchase and use of all digital design files, artworks, patterns and related assets (“Designs”) sold through this website.
By paying and downloading any Design, you agree to these terms.
All Non-Exclusive remain the intellectual property and copyright of Nerida Hansen.
The Purchase grants a licence to use the Design — not ownership of the artwork itself.
Sale of Exclusive Designs available privately include copyright ownership of the design.
2. Licence Types
A. Non-Exclusive Designs
You receive:
• full artwork files
• unlimited commercial use for your own products and projects
• perpetual (no expiry) licence
You may:
• use the design on products for sale
• manufacture physical goods
• print on fabrics or materials
• use for personal or commercial projects
You may not:
• resell, sublicense, share, or redistribute the digital artwork files
• claim the artwork as your own
• sell the design as a standalone digital product
• upload to print-on-demand marketplaces where the artwork itself is the product
B. Fully Exclusive Designs
Available by enquiry only.
These designs:
• are completely exclusive
• are not sold to any other party
Pricing and availability are provided upon request.
Exclusive purchases will include full copyright transfer or exclusive licence terms as agreed in writing.

3. Delivery
All Non-Exclusive and Colour-Exclusive Designs are delivered digitally.
Files are available for immediate download upon successful payment.
It is your responsibility to download and store files securely after purchase.
With any sale type, no physical product will be shipped.
4. Copyright & Intellectual Property
All Designs remain protected by copyright law.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
• copyright is retained by Nerida Hansen
• you are purchasing a licence to use the design only
• ownership of the artwork is not transferred
Unauthorised copying, redistribution or resale of files constitutes copyright infringement.
5. Usage Responsibility
You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Design:
• complies with these terms
• complies with local laws and regulations
• does not infringe third-party rights
Nerida Hansen is not liable for how Designs are used once purchased.
6. Refunds & Digital Goods
Due to the digital and downloadable nature of these products:
• all sales are final
• refunds or exchanges are not provided
• change of mind is not accepted
If a file is faulty or cannot be accessed, please contact support and a replacement will be provided.
7. No Guarantee / Waiver
Designs, colour palettes and trend-led resources are provided as creative tools only.
No guarantee is made that use of any Design will result in commercial success, sales performance, or specific outcomes.
Purchasers accept all business and commercial risk associated with the use of the Designs.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nerida Hansen shall not be liable for:
• loss of profits
• business interruption
• indirect or consequential losses
• misuse of artwork
Liability is limited to the purchase price of the Design.
9. Moral Rights
All artwork and course materials remain the original creative work of Nerida Hansen.
Purchase or use of these resources does not transfer authorship.
You may use the materials without credit or attribution, however you must not claim the work as your own or imply original authorship.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
Any disputes arising from purchase or use of the Designs shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.
